We work directly with you from inspection through completion, on homes, commercial buildings, and multifamily properties across San Antonio and the surrounding area.

How we work
Every project starts with a close look at your roof, not a predetermined answer.
We photograph and document
You see what we see. We photograph the damage and the details around it, so you have a clear record of your roof’s condition before you decide anything.
You get a written proposal
It spells out the work line by line: tear-off, decking, drip edge, flashing, valleys, disposal, and permits. Inspections and written estimates are at no cost. If a focused repair will hold, that’s what we recommend.
Comparing prices? Two proposals at different prices may not cover the same work. A lower number often leaves something out: no tear-off, less decking, reused drip edge or flashing, valleys not addressed, or disposal and permits left to you. Put them side by side and check each line. If you already have another proposal, we’ll go through it with you.

A home repair we traced to a vent leak: before, during, and after. Locations stay general (San Antonio metro); we never publish street addresses.
Find the source. Fix the problem.
A water stain on your ceiling shows where moisture appeared, not always where it got in. The cause may be a pipe boot, a roof vent, flashing, a skylight, or another vulnerable spot. We trace the water to its source and tell you whether a focused repair will solve it. If your roof has reached the end of its life, we’ll explain why. A leak doesn’t automatically mean you need a new roof.

New fence, repairs, and partials with treated pine, Alta Premium Treated, and Western Red Cedar dog-ear pickets. Heights 6 ft and 8 ft. See the four picket options. Ask us about other wood species; availability depends on local supply.

A roof is more than shingles.
Before we recommend a repair or replacement, we look at the details that can cause problems: flashing, pipe boots, roof vents, valleys, penetrations, drainage, and the condition of the roofing materials themselves.
Don’t just fix where the water showed up. Find out why it got there.
Storm damage & insurance claims
Hail and wind can damage a roof in ways you can’t always see from the ground. After a storm, we inspect your roof, photograph the damage we find, and explain the repair or replacement work it may need.
If you file a claim, we explain the roofing side of it: what we found, what the work involves, and the details a quick look can miss, like drip edge, flashing, and valleys. We document real damage only. We’ll keep you informed from inspection to finished roof. If additional time or follow-up is needed, we’ll explain what’s happening.
Every claim is different. Your insurance company decides coverage, approval, and payment under the terms of your policy. Our job is to make sure you understand your roof and the work it needs.
